Vice-President Health and Safety ENGIE Group

Sandra Roche-Vu Quang spent the first part of her career working on oil and gas projects for multinational Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Companies (Technip, Sofregaz, Saipem), in several countries and across different sectors, particularly in upstream onshore/offshore activities and regasification of liquefied natural gas (LNG).

Sandra joined the ENGIE Group (now SUEZ) in 2006 as Director of Operations for Degrémont Industry (turnkey industrial water treatment plants). She then held the position of Deputy Vice President Projects for GDF SUEZ Exploration & Production.

Then appointed Senior Vice President for New Gas, she worked for two years on the design and promotion of ENGIE Group's medium- and long-term green gas strategies (biogas, hydrogen).

In 2018, Sandra was appointed Chief Business Development Officer for North, South and Eastern Europe Business Unit (renewable activities and energy services) and also CEO of the Nordic countries, Russia and Ukraine.

In June 2019, she became Managing Director of Elengy, the subsidiary operating the French LNG terminals. She has been Vice President Health & Safety for the ENGIE Group since April 2022, leading a transformation plan for the entire Group perimeter.
