Membership fees for student clubs and associations (optional)

Membership fees depend on the length of the programme:

• Bachelors: €75 (t.b.c)
• Engineering Programme: €150 
• Engineering Programme Double degree 1st year: €50, 2nd year: €25
• Master's M1: €50, M2: €25
• Exchange semester: €25
• PhD students: €25

The AS of Centrale Nantes offers various individual or team sports to enable students and develop their skills.

Membership fees:

• €70 per annum for all initial training programmes (Bachelor, engineering programme, Master)
• €35 for students who are at Centrale Nantes for only one semester
• €35 for students on a degree apprenticeship
• €40 for PhD students
• €15 for staff

For students leaving school after one semester, a refund may be issued upon request.

Payment:

• Preferably by bank transfer - you will receive an email with the bank details
• Otherwise, by cheque made payable to l'ASS Sportive Centrale Nantes.

Supporting documents:

Send the following documents in a single e-mail to ascn9af2e9c2-cecd-4873-9a56-093bce4b6ca1@ec-nantes.fr:

• A medical certificate (document in French) which is less than 3 months old stating that there is no medical reason not to take part in competitive MULTI-SPORTS (to be able to take part in several sports). For rugby or boxing, the medical certificate must clearly indicate the name of the sport. 
  OR
• A Health questionnaire for 2nd and 3rd year students whose medical certificate is less than 3 years old. The file should be named "Questionnaire Santé_Name_of_the_student"

To complete your registration once you have made your payment:

• A link to a drive will be sent to all students containing a standard medical certificate and the health questionnaire.
• You must complete the questionnaire and upload the requested documents named: certificate_‘student name AND/OR questionnaire_’student name"

Student rate for lifelong membership: €350 (one-time payment by cheque or credit/debit card) or five annual payments of €50 followed by 4 quarterly payments of €50, i.e. €450 in total (payment in instalments by direct debit)
