Hélène Harikiopoulos-Cordova, Class of 1997

Hélène Harikiopoulos-Cordova specialised in civil engineering and graduated from Centrale Nantes in 1997. She founded CONSEQUALLY in 2022, a consultancy and training company specialising in promoting workplace equality and developing an inclusive culture in male-dominated sectors such as construction, engineering, mobility and energy.

Before setting up her own company, she gained 20 years' experience with VINCI Construction Grands Projets in France, Greece and Panama as a works engineer, works coordinator, technical and Quality Safety Environment (QSE) manager, then technical project manager and finally tender manager. She also worked as a design engineer for INGEROP for five years.

Since 2021, she has also been head of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Commission of Centrale Nantes Alumni and is leading the projet 5050-Agir pour l'égalité, which aims to raise awareness, train and inspire alumni on the issues of equality and inclusion.
